Delivery timeframe

Our standard delivery timeframe across the UAE is 1–3 days.

Any different delivery arrangement for a bulk, business, or special order will be confirmed with you before purchase.

Unexpected circumstances, including courier disruption or an incomplete delivery address, may affect delivery. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, including any applicable free-delivery offer, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For orders arranged directly with us, including business and bulk orders, delivery charges will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Delivery details

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a working contact number.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your details. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Please retain the packaging and provide photographs where reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged.
